A Scotia bicycle shop is closing its doors after nearly 40 years in business as the owner looks to take a new path.
Bill Lewis opened Adirondack Bicycle at the corner of Route 50 and Fifth Street back in 1975.
Lewis, along with his wife Mary, have worked at the shop ever since.
However Lewis reportedly says he now wants to pursue his passion for wildlife photography.
He spoke with our media partners at the Daily Gazette, telling the paper he isn't retiring, saying that's for people who have no curiosity, and curiosity is the stuff of life.
