4 arrested after drug raid in Hudson
HUDSON, NY (WRGB) Investigators say a joint investigation lasing several months has resulted in 4 people arrested.
Officials with the Washington County Sheriff's Office say they executed a search warrant at a home on John Street in the Village of Hudson Falls.
Police say 4 people were arrested. Michael Hermance was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal nuisance. Anthony Barkim Torres was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. Heather M Bills was charged with loitering, a misdemeanor.
Kimberly A Baker was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, loitering, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
All four subjects were transported to the Law Enforcement Center in Fort Edward and were processed. Baker was released on an appearance ticket. Bills was arraigned and released on recognizance.
Hermance was arraigned and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1500 bail.
Torres was arraigned and remanded to the Washington County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail.
