Deputies: Intoxicated driver repeatedly struck home with vehicle, resisted arrest
VILLAGE OF CORINTH, NY (WRGB) The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office say they arrested a Cornith man on a list of charges including reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
Deputies say 36 year old Nicholas Carleton is accused of repeatedly driving his vehicle into a home.
The Sheriff's Office say that just before midnight on Monday, deputies responded to a fight at 250 Main Street.
Deputies say Carleton also was driving under the influence and resisted arrest while deputies attempted to stop him.
Carleton, according to Police slammed his head on the hood of a patrol vehicle, damaging the vehicle.
He's charged with reckless endangerment, two counts of criminal mischief, resisting arrest, DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Carleton was arraigned and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff's Office.
