Four arrested, accused of stealing wallet, vandalizing vehicle

NORTHVILLE, NY (WRGB) - The Fulton County Sheriff's Office have arrested 4 people, accused of

Deputies from Fulton County responded after a resident says that his vehicle was vandalized with a fire extinguisher and his wallet stolen.

Investigators say the fire extinguishers were stolen from two Northville Central School buses.

Deputies say the credit cards were used in stores in Fulton County, Schoharie County, Greene County, and New York City.

Luke Mossey 18, of Latham was charged with one count of Grand Larceny, three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, three counts of Conspiracy and one count of Petit Larceny. Mossy was additionally charged one count of petit larceny for stealing a fire extinguisher from a bus parked at the Northville School District bus garage, say deputies.

Josiah Holmes 19 of, Cobleskill was charged with one count of Grand Larceny, three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, three counts of Conspiracy 5th degree and (1) one count of Petit Larceny. Holmes was additionally charged one count of petit larceny for stealing a fire extinguisher from a bus parked at the Northville School District bus garage.

Andrew J. Casey 19, of Saratoga Springs was charged with one count of Grand Larceny, three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property , three counts of Conspiracy 5th degree and one count of Petit Larceny .

James M. Norton III 18 of Cobleskill was charged with one count of Grand Larceny, three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, three counts of Conspiracy 5th degree and one count of Petit Larceny.

All four subjects were arrested and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Northampton Court, Town of Mayfield Court and City of Johnstown Court.
