Glens Falls man charged with DUI in Vermont
FAIR HAVEN, Vt. -- A Glens Falls man faces DUI charges after a traffic stop.
Officers stopped a vehicle driven by Adam C. Fleming at 1:11 p.m., after observing the vehicle traveling at 55 mph in a 30 mph zone.
While interviewing Fleming, officers detected the influence of alcohol. Fleming failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Fleming was found to have a BAC of .243 percent.
He was arrested and released, to appear in Rutland District Court at a later date.
