Man accused of breaking into Saratoga home, watching people sleep, appeared in court
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY (WRGB) - The man accused of breaking into someone's home in Saratoga, and watching them sleep, will be in court again Thursday.
Ramiz Hajratalli is scheduled to appear in Saratoga County Court at 9:00 a.m. for a bail hearing.
He faces burglary and criminal mischief charges. Hajratalli pleaded not guilty in court last week.
Hajratalli was arrested in late August. Prosecutors say he broke into a home on Caroline Street in the middle of the night. The homeowner reportedly woke up to Hajratalli standing in the bedroom, so the homeowner chased him out.
The defense claims the homeowner has the wrong guy.
Police claim Hajratalli committed a similar offense back in July.
Bail was set at $100,000
