OneJet offering travelers easier trips to Pittsburgh

COLONIE, NY (WRGB)--Getting to and from the Steel City just got a whole lot faster.

The first direct flight from Pittsburgh to Albany International Airport landed in the Capital Region Wednesday morning.

The airline OneJet will leave Albany International twice a day: once in the morning and once at night to accommodate business travelers.

OneJet says the flight will a little more than an hour each way, compared to a drive which takes more than eight hours.
