Police looking to ID robbery suspect in photos


NORTH GREENBUSH, NY (WRGB) Police are looking to identify the suspect wanted in connection to the robbery of a Dollar Tree Store.

Police say the suspect entered the store on May 6th at around 9:12 PM at the store on North Greenbush Road.

One inside, the suspect, armed with a silver handgun, demanded cash from the employee. Police say the suspect, seen in surveillance video, purchased items from the Sunoco Stations on Columbia Turnpike.

This incident is believed related to a similar robbery on 12/29/16 at the Dollar Tree in Wappingers Falls, NY. A male fitting the above description entered that Dollar Tree location at closing and stole cash, according to police.

“The Investigation is ongoing at this time and we’re expanding our area of where the suspect may be from. We are asking anyone with information or anyone who may have seen something to contact North Greenbush Police at 283-5323”, Chief Robert Durivage stated.
