Police: Hudson man stabs co-worker after dispute, faces charges
SCHODACK, NY (WRGB) Schodack Police say they have arrested a Hudson man accused of stabbing a co-worker.
Police responded to the Dunkin Donuts on 1792 Columbia Turnpike on February 5, 2018.
Police say one male stabbed the other during an argument.
The suspect fled the scene in a car while a third male drove the victim to Albany Memorial Hospital ER, according to police.
Police say Delroy Smith and was apprehended shortly after the incident.
Smith has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon as well as menacing.
Smith was arraigned in the Town of Schodack Justice court, sent to the Rensselaer county Jail with a $15,000 bail.
