Second Nor'easter leaves thousands without power

SCHENECTADY, NY (WRGB) -- More than 8,000 customers in upstate New York remain in the dark following Wednesday's winter storm.

As of 4:45 a.m., over 1,000 customers in Albany County are without electricity according to National Grid's power outage map. The estimated restoration time is 10 a.m. Thursday.

Rensselaer County has at least 4,700 customers dealing with outages, while Saratoga County has nearly 3,000.
