State of emergency expires in Schenectady, but caution still urged
SCHENECTADY -- The Mayor's Office announced Wednesday that the state of emergency in the area of Nott Terrace has expired -- but officials are still warning people to be careful in that area, as conditions may still be hazardous.
The declaration was put in place following a mudslide back on Jan. 28, that resulted in several buildings having to be removed.
Three people were injured in the slide.
The cause is still under investigation,
