State Police: 4th arrest in road rage incident, victim also facing charges.

COLONIE, NY (WRGB) State Police have made two more arrests in connection to a road rage incident back in May.

State Police say they have concluded the investigation into an incident where four were arrested in connection to a road rage incident back on May 10th.

Natia Shim says she was in the car that her son Nace was driving just after 3:00 PM when they claimed they were run off the road in Latham. She says a number of men got out of the car and started beating the car she was in with baseball bats and a frying pan

On May 17, Investigators say Phillip Quandt Jr., 50, and Kristen Wright, 51 were charged with criminal mischief and menacing.

Then on May 18th, a third suspect, Christopher M. Allen, 34, of Lansingburgh, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief in the second degree, a felony, along with reckless endangerment in the second degree and menacing in the second degree, both misdemeanors. arrested in reported road rage incident.

Logan J. Tardiff, 21, of Halfmoon, was charged with Reckless endangerment in the second degree and Menacing in the second degree, both misdemeanors.

State Police also arrested Natia V. Shim, 35, of Troy, was was charged with making a false written statement. State Police have not specified what statements the charges are in reference to.
