POTENTIAL WINTER STORM WEDNESDAY INTO THANKGIVING

There remains considerable uncertainty in the track and intensity of an anticipated coastal storm from Wednesday afternoon through early Thanksgiving morning, but confidence is increasing for a storm to bring accumulating snow to much of the region which would cause travel difficulty.  Details on amounts and timing will become more clear over the next twelve to twenty four hours.  Keep up to date on the forecast.

Delmar man, 20, sentenced for fatal hit-and-run

ALBANY - Up to ten years in prison was the sentence handed down today to the Delmar man behind a deadly hit-and-run in Albany.

20-year-old Ian Eckhardt-Rigberg was sentenced in Albany County court on manslaughter charges.

Back in February of 2012, Eckhardt-Rigberg was speeding when he hit and killed 53-year-old Rozell Whitehead near the intersection of Henry Johnson Boulevard and Third Street.
