BALLSTON SPA -- A scary ride for two people who hitched a ride from a taxi cab over the weekend.
According to Ballston Spa Police, they received a 911 call from a Capital Land Taxi dispatcher around 4 a.m. on Sunday saying one of their drivers was driving erratic and swerving all over the road.
Initially, the two passengers in the cab had asked the driver, 61-year-old Larry Northrop of Saratoga Springs, to pull over and let them out.
