North Korea ups threats against U.S. and South Korea

North Korea has upped its threats against the U.S. and South Korea.
The communist country says it is willing to use nuclear weapons.
South Korea reports a missile has now been relocated close to its east coast, a move the spokesperson for the National Association of Korean Americans, Steven Choi, says worries him for those back home.
"Every time North Korea says they are going to do something, they do something. They don't bluff and walk away."
The missile is reportedly not capable of striking the U.S.
Analysts don't believe North Korea has the ability to launch nuclear tipped weapons, but they are unsure of its other nuclear capabilities.
