Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Man accused of driving drunk, hitting pregnant woman, returns to court

TROY -- The Troy man accused of hitting a pregnant woman and then leaving the scene had another court appearance on Monday.
Troy Police say 58-year-old Thomas DiBell struck the woman, who was 8 months pregnant, on 116th Street. At last check, the woman and her unborn child are doing well after being treated at Albany Med.
DiBell was later tracked down and charged with driving drunk and leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident, along with other charges.
He pleaded not guilty to all the charges and will be back in court at a later date.
