New Details on the December Northway crash
BALLSTON SPA - The man police say caused a crash that killed two teenagers back in December will be back in court on July 16.
Police say Dennis Drue was driving recklessly on the Northway on December 1, 2012 with alcohol and marijuana in his system when he made an unsafe lane change leading to the crash.
Drue is charged with 59 counts, including aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter.
Christopher Stewart and Deanna Rivers died in that crash, the other two passengers, Bailey Wind and Matthew Hardy were injured.
