Funeral services held for Lt. Col. Todd Clark

Dozens of Patriot Guard Riders led the funeral procession through the streets of Colonie and Guilderland.

Spectators did not gather in mass, but rather dotted the roadside to pay their respects to Lt. Colonel Todd Clark.

Clark's body arrived at St. Madeline Sophie church around 2pm Tuesday.  Hundreds were there, including some young students.

Former CBA classmate Michael Vandeloo has fond memories of Cark, a friend taken too soon.

“Todd was just a great guy,” Vandeloo says.  “Someone everyone got along with and looked up to.”

Lt Col Clark will be awarded 4 Bronze Stars, 2 Purple Hearts, and 3 Meritorious Service Medals for his 17 years of service to the army.
