Ex-RPI worker accused of embezzling $350,000 arraigned in court

TROY -- The 55-year-old former business coordinator for RPI's School of Architecture was arraigned on felony embezzlement charges in Rensselaer County Court Wednesday morning.
Christine Dickson is accused of using a college credit card to rack up over $350,000 in expenses.
Investigators say between November 2003 and December 2009, Dickson got $82,000 in cash advances, spent $15,000 in car rentals, and used thousands more on cruises, airline tickets and trips to casinos.
