Moderate to Heavy Snow @ Times to Continue Through the Evening

Narrow bands of moderate to heavy snow continue to evolve across the region in response to the storm developing to our south.  Expect periods of 1" to occasionally 2" per hour snowfall rates through 8-10pm with snowfall becoming lighter and more intermittent through the pre-dawn hours on Thursday. Poor to difficult travel conditions in low visibility and snow packed roads will persist well into the night.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

The Run For Help Against Domestic Violence

EAST GREENBUSH -- The Family and Friends of Liza Ellen Warner Association, Inc. along with the Nikki Hart Children's Memorial Fund held the sixth annual "Run For Help". 

The  Walk/Race, held to bring attention to the crime of domestic violence, took place at the Goff Middle School in East Greenbush on Sunday morning.  This is a 5K event which will benefit The Nikki Hart Children's Memorial Fund and the Unity House Domestic Violence Programs.  Liza Ellen Warner and Nikki Hart, both of whom grew up in East Greenbush were murder victims in their own homes. All runners and the public in general were encouraged to attend not only to enjoy the day but make a statement against domestic violence in our neighborhoods and homes.
