Occasional Snow To Continue Into the Evening, Slow and Slick Travel Persisting

Patchy areas of light snow wil persist through the evening with brief localized bursts of moderate snow possible through 8pm.  Additional snow accumulations will be spotty and light, generally 1" or less through the evening.  The cold air in place will continue to support slow and slippery travel conditions with less traveled roads, parking lots, and sidewalks remaining snow covered through the night.

Police: Drunk man found sleeping in Stewart's employee's backseat

STILLWATER - State Police have arrested a man after attempting to enter a Stewart's Shop before it was open for business.

Around 4 a.m. Sunday morning,  23 year-old Daniel Negron entered the Route 9P Stewart's the Town of Stillwater as the employee let in workers delivering the morning newspapers.  When the store employee realized that Negron was not delivering anything, she removed him from the store, then locked the door.

The store employee called 911 when Negron attempted to re-enter the story by prying and pulling on the door.  When he failed to get back into the building, he then went to the employee’s car and entered the car from the rear passenger door.

State Police then found Negron drunk and sleeping in the back seat.

He told police a cab dropped him at the store after a night out.

Negron was arrested for criminal trespassing and released on appearance tickets.
