Cops: Trio tried to sell stolen motorcycle

ALBANY -- Three Albany men are accused of trying to sell a stolen motorcycle, according to the Albany County Sheriff's Office.

Eric Williams, 26, Eugene Royal, 21, and Jaliyl McMillan, 23, are charged with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Investigators say a confidential informant working with the Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Unit contacted Royal and Williams who were trying to sell a stolen 2002 Ducati 750 Monster S for $2300.

According to the Sheriff's Office, an undercover officer spoke with the suspects and settled on a lower price. When the deal was struck, all three men were taken into custody.

Investigators say the bike was taken during a burglary in the Town of Kinderhook.
