Married NY gay couples to get estate tax refunds

Two years ago today, the first legal gay marriage ceremonies took place in New York.
Now, those gay couples that tied the knot will be getting refunds from the state for estate taxes they were forced to pay because federal law didn't recognize their union.
Governor Cuomo says the refunds are the result of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down part of Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).
