Nor'easter to Bring a Heavy to Major Snowfall Tonight into Tuesday Night

A major Nor'easter is expected to develop south of New England tonight, potentially getting stuck near Cape Cod into Tuesday before moving away Tuesday night.  This storm will bring heavy snow and gusty winds at times, causing blowing and drifting snow. There's the potential for whiteout conditions at times, leading to dangerous travel late tonight through Tuesday.  Snow accumulations of 10" to 20" will be possible, especially in the Hudson valley and across western New England with amounts up to 10" in the Mohawk valley and western Catskills.

Cops: Pants down; man tries to coerce Troy woman into car

TROY -- Troy Police are search for a black or dark colored Toyota Camry in connection with an attempted abduction.
It happened around 12:30 p.m. near the 100 block of 2nd Avenue.
The victim told police she was in her front yard when the man pulled up in his car and told her to get in.
She told Troy Police he had his pants down around his ankles and was touching himself.
The victim ran to her house and when a neighbor came out of a nearby home, the suspect took off.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 250 lbs. with a blonde crew haircut.
