Significant Winter Storm Possible From Monday Night Through Tuesday

An area of low pressure will track to our south through Monday.  Some light snow should develop through Monday afternoon and evening as a result.  The low pressure will then rapidly intensify off of the Northeast coast Monday night and Tuesday.  Uncertainty remains as to the exact track of this low pressure, but if it tracks close enough to the coast, portions of the area could see a significant snowfall.

Prostitution bust in Waterford

WATERFORD-- Two are facing charges after a prostitution sting in Waterford.
Police charged 28-year-old Kevin Gervasio of Waterford with Promoting Prostitution and 22-year-old Sandi Stott of Albany with Prostitution.
Waterford Police say they received several calls from residents in the Clifton Street area suspecting that prostitution was going on in the neighborhood.
An officer eventually discovered that Stott was advertising escort services on a website and arranged to meet her.
During the encounter officers say an agreement was reached to have sex for a hundred dollars.
Officers moved in and arrested Gervasio and Stott.
Both were arraigned in Waterford Town Court.
Stott posted bail but Gervasio, who is on parole, was sent to Saratoga County Jail on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 bond.
