Hudson Police have arrested 2 in abandoned dog case
HUDSON - Police have arrested two people in connection to a black and white dog chained to a fence near the railroad tracks back in August.
Hudson Police have arrested Juan Cintron, 42, and Brittany J. Pinnell, 22, both of Hudson and charged them with each with felony cruelty to animals.
The dog was found extremely malnourished and in need of medical care after being found chained to a fence along the railroad tracks near the Hudson River back on August 30. The dog is currently under the care of the Columbia-Greene Humane Society.
Cintron was sent to the Columbia County Jail on $10,000 bail, Pinnell was sent to the Columbia County Jail on $1,000 bail. Both are due back in court on September 5.
