Police: Man arrested after pointing gun at festival employee
QUEENSBURY - A Queensbury man, angry about the volume of music during a festival at West Mountain, was arrested on menacing charges.
Warren County Sheriff's Office say David Hubert, 73, of West Mountain Road showed up to the Annual Freedom of Expression Music and Arts Festival on Friday. Witnesses say, he began blaring the horn on his vehicle and allegedly pointed a handgun at an employee of the festival and demanded that the festival organizers comply with their agreement with the Town Zoning Board.
Hubert was upset about the volume of the music.
Following his arrest, police seized Huberts pistol permit and 18 firearms pending the outcome of the case.
