Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Investigators search for cause of Schenectady fire

SCHENECTADY -- Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked an overnight fire that spread to several buildings.

According to authorities, flames broke out at a garage on Sumner Avenue at approximately 1:30 a.m. Investigators say the fire then spread to at least three other buildings and a few cars.

Luckily, no one was hurt and the damage was contained to the garage.
