At 2:57am, Officers responded to the area of Michael Drive, Lee Drive and Callagan Drive for a report of suspicious individuals. Officers arrived, began searching the area, and located two young men on bicycles.

After questioning the two, Officers determined that the property in their possession had been stolen from cars in the area. Officers arrested Kevin Leno, 29, and Kevin Loubier, Age 23, on numerous counts of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Leno and Loubier were transported to the police department where they were processed and celled pending a City Court arraignment.

The initial investigation shows that Leno and Loubier had broken into over a dozen vehicles or more. The police department is asking anyone who might have had items taken from their vehicle overnight to please
report it by calling 584-1800. Victims should advise dispatchers of the missing items and ask that an officer be sent to take a report.
