Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

House approves bill, sends to Pres. Obama to sign

WASHINGTON (AP) -- It's back to work for hundreds of thousands of furloughed government employees.
  
President Barack Obama has signed legislation ending the partial government shutdown and averting a U.S. default by allowing the Treasury to borrow normally at least through Feb. 7.
  
The government is funded through Jan. 15.
