Police: Man charged in milk bottle theft in Albany

ALBANY - An ongoing investigation has led to the arrest of a 30-year-old Albany.

Albany Police arrested Frankie Daioczok on Thursday and charged him with petit larceny and criminal trespassing after police say he was seen on a home's porch security camera stealing a milk bottle on Maplewood Street back in September.

Daioczok was arraigned this morning and sent to the Albany County Jail on $2,000 bail.

He was also charged with petit larceny and possession of stolen property after allegedly stealing a 7 foot Christmas tree from the Capital Lights in the Park back in 2011.

Officials say he failed to appear to his court appearance and a warrant was issued.
