Man gets 4 years for sexually assaulting boy in bathroom

CBS6 Staff
ALBANY-- An Albany man is sentenced to 4 years in prison for sexually abusing a boy in a bathroom at the New York State Museum.
22-Year-Old Edward Tubbs pleaded guilty to Sex Abuse in August.
In June, Tubbs cornered a 7-year-old boy in the bathroom while the child's mother was waiting outside.
Tubbs was also ordered to register as a sex offender and received 10 years of post release supervision.
Because of this case, the museum designated two bathrooms for family use so parents can accompany their child inside.
