Guilderland students will turn themselves in for rap video

GUILDERLAND -- Four students who police say were responsible for the "Guilderland Sophomore" rap video turned themselves in on Thursday.

Authorities say the four teens have been charged with one count each of Cyber-bullying, based on an Albany County law that aims to stop such incidents. Michael Malone, 17, Giovanni Santoro, 16, Joshua Thompson, 16, and Parker Carmichael, 17, will be charged as adults and could face a year behind bars if convicted. They are scheduled to be in court on December 5.
