Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Troy Police investigate two overnight incidents

TROY - Police are investigating two incidents overnight in the City of Troy.

Troy Police say the first incident occurred at around 10:00 p.m. Friday in the area of 419 10th Street.

Police found shell casings and two parked cars with evidence of damage.  There are no injuries or arrests.

The second incident occurred at 12:30 a.m. Saturday.  Police observed a erratic driver, and attempted to pull the vehicle over. 

The driver then took off at high speed and police broke off the pursuit for safety reasons.

Reports came in a minute later for a motor vehicle accident near 1465 5th Avenue.  3 suspects, including the driver fled on foot.

The vehicle was also reported stolen.

There were no injuries, and police are investigating.
