Snow Storm Winds Down Overnight - Areas of Heavier Snow Persist Through 12am

Areas of moderate to locally heavy snow will continue across the region through midnight with a trend towards lighter and more intermittent snowfall developing.  Snowfall will become much lighter and scattered in nature after midnight tapering to scattered snow showers towards daybreak.  Additional accumulations of 1"-4" likely in many areas through 3am.  Slow and slick travel conditions with reduced visibility at times persisting through the night.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

Traffic stop leads to drug arrests

CLIFTON PARK -- State Police arrested two Vermont residents for drug possession.

Gregory Seals, 51, and Tammy Lee Mobbs, 39, were arrested on Monday following a traffic stop. Seals was initially arrested for traffic infractions, but when authorities found more than 40 grams of crack cocaine, both he and Mobbs were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
