Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Deadly crash in Saratoga

SARATOGA -- One man is dead after a single-car accident on Sunday afternoon.

Police say Thomas Pravada, 51, from Stillwater was driving south on State Route 9P near Fitch Road when he crossed over the northbound lane and hit a tree. Pravada was pronounced dead at the scene.

The New York State Police collision Reconstruction Unit are investigating the accident.
