Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Schenectady County Community College Holds Pie Event

SCHENECTADY -- Schenectady County Community College held their 13th annual "Easy as Pie" service project on Sunday.

In conjunction with the college's chapter of the American Culinary Federation and Niskayuna Girl Scout Troop 2383 from Iroquois Middle School, the group donated about 500 pies to kids in need.  More than 50 volunteers also helped with the baking of the pies.

The event was sponsored by The Bears Steakhouse and Mazzone Hospitality.
