$375K Keeps Troy Police in Schools

The Feds have come up with a plan they think will make Troy schools safer, and they're backing it up with a six figure grant.

The US Attorney's office has given the city $375,000 to pay the salaries of three school resource officers.  They are sworn law enforcement officers who are responsible for providing security and preventing crime in a school environment.
