Police: 3 people arrested on drug charges

NEW SCOTLAND - The Albany County Sheriff's Office have arrested three people after they were found to be in possession of drugs.  This after they showed up to the New Scotland Town Hall after becoming lost.

Deputies arrested Daniel Hahn, 30, of Fort Edward, 25-year-old Bradley Cormack of Warrensburg, and 21-year-old Shannon Murphy of Glens Falls.

On Sunday, at around 2:30 a.m the three showed up to the Town of New Scotland town hall, saying they were lost.  During an investigation they were found to be in possession of a scale, marijuana and crack cocaine.

All have been charged with possession of a controlled substance. 

Murphy and Cormack were released on bail.

Hahn was remanded without bail after it was found he was on parole for a prior drug charge.
