Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

Glenville 911 assists with second birth in 24 hours

GLENVILLE - In less then then 24 hours after Glenville disptach assisted in the birth of a baby in the back of a car, another baby was born with the assistance of Glenville dispatch.

Glenville Police Dispatcher JoAnne McPhail assisted after Louis Cruz called 911 after his 27 year-old wife Megan began to deliver their baby.

McPhail talked Cruz through the delivery.

Abigail was born at 3:29 a.m., She was eight pounds eleven ounces.

Mom and baby were transported to the hospital and are reported in excelent condition.
