Two enter not guilty plea for Thanksgiving burglary

COLONIE -- Two men pleaded not guilty on Monday after police say they were involved in a Thanksgiving week burglary in Colonie.

Raymond Halacy and Andre Beverly were arraigned on Monday for felony burglary. The indictment says they entered a home on Haswell Road and stole guitars, a television and other electronic items.

On December 11, John Halacy was arraigned for burglary as well. He also pleaded not guilty. John Halacy made news earlier in the year for having rape charges dropped against him because of a paperwork error.
