Police search for missing Gloversville teen

UPDATE: Police say Joshua Fegley has been found.

GLOVERSVILLE -- Police are looking for a teen who went missing more than a week ago.

Gloversville Police say that Joshua Fegley, 16, did not return home from school on January 13th. Since that time, officers have been checking and rechecking the homes of Fegley's friends in the area, and have not been able to locate the teen. They say they have received information leading them to believe that the teen is still in Gloversville and is purposely avoiding detection.

Fegley is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing white Jordan sneakers, jeans, and a brown hat with an 'S' on it.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Gloversville Police at (518) 773-4506. Authorities say it should be noted that willingly harboring a juvenile that has been reported as a runaway is a crime.
