Police: Credit card scheme lands 4 in prison

ALBANY -- The last of four people busted for trying to use fake credit cards in Albany learned his fate on Tuesday.

Reginal Francois, 22, from New York City, will spend 3 to 6 years in state prison. A State Trooper found the cards in Francois' car when he pulled him over on the Thruway in September 2012.

The Trooper searched the car after he saw Francois was not licensed to drive a vehicle in New York. Three others who were also in the car will each spend up to 3 years behind bars.
