Snow will fall at a modeate to heavy clip through the afternoon and evening with snowfall rates of 1" per hour or more at times.  This will cause rapid accumulations coupled with significantly reduced visibility to produce widespread difficult travel conditions through the evening.  Snow will begin breaking up late tonight with the storm pulling out between 1am and 4am Thursday. Car hits line at ice cream shop; 1 dead, 6 hurt

BUENA PARK, Calif. (AP) -- An SUV has plowed into people waiting outside a Southern California ice cream parlor, killing a woman and injuring six others.
Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Steve Concialdi says the car rammed into people standing and sitting outside Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour in Buena Park shortly after 6 p.m. Friday.
He says a 73-year-old woman was critically injured and died at a hospital.
Two other people had moderate injuries and four had minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Televised news reports showed a silver SUV pushed up over a curb and stopped against a bench.
