Man sentenced for drug charges and intimidation

ALBANY -- An Albany man was sentenced to 3 years in prison on Friday after pleading guilty to drug charges and intimidation.

Authorities say Rahkiem Johnson,19, admitted to posting a "wanted poster" on Facebook last April. The poster allegedly had a picture of a witness set to testify in a separate case and offered a $1,000 reward. Authorities say Johnson created the poster to get the attention of the witness.

Johnson also pleaded guilty to selling crack cocaine last month. He faces 3 years in state prison and 2 years of post-release supervision for the drug charges and 1 to 3 years for intimidating a witness. The sentences will be served concurrently. Johnson will remain in custody until his sentencing on June 19.
