Livingston man sentenced for vehiclular manslaughter

LIVINGSTON -- A Livingston man who pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter was sentenced on Friday.

Nicholas Howard, 20, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation for driving drunk with his 40-year-old uncle, Scott Fenoff in December. Howard lost control of the pickup he was driving, and it rolled over several times before bursting into flames.

Fenoff was ejected and died at the scene.
