Road rage leads to arrest

MINDEN - Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says they arrested an Amsterdam man for what they are calling a "road rage incident."

Officials say 29-year-old Steven Balogh was originally involved in an incident on State Highway 5s on April 24th.  According to officials Balough later returned to the residence of the other party involved later that night.

Officials say he punctured four tires of the home owners vehicle and left a note on the windshield.  After an investigation, Sheriffs say Balogh was arrested and charged with Third Degree Criminal Mischief.

He is currently being held at Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
