Snow Storm Winds Down Overnight - Areas of Heavier Snow Persist Through 12am

Areas of moderate to locally heavy snow will continue across the region through midnight with a trend towards lighter and more intermittent snowfall developing.  Snowfall will become much lighter and scattered in nature after midnight tapering to scattered snow showers towards daybreak.  Additional accumulations of 1"-4" likely in many areas through 3am.  Slow and slick travel conditions with reduced visibility at times persisting through the night.  Click Here for the CBS6 Weather Forecast Page

Valley Cats host 'Education Day'

TROY -- The Tri-City Valley Cats hosted their first ever 'Education Day' at The Joe.

The team made good on their mission to create fans for life in a safe and clean environment. Included in the day's events was the Valley Cats' 'Strike Out Bullying' program, which focuses on educating students about the importance of treating others equally and standing up for their peers.

Students were also provided with some real world applications in the areas of math, history and geography.
