Joe Bruno throws out first pitch at 'Cats game

TROY -- Former NYS Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno threw out the first pitch that the Tri-City ValleyCats game on Monday night.
Bruno was the guest of honor at the game that saw the 'Cats top the Vermont Lake Monsters 6-2.
The ValleyCats play in Joe Bruno Stadium, named after the longtime public servant.  CBS6's Kelly O'Donnell asked Bruno what it meant to see his name on the side of ballpark.
"I've done, in 32 years, a lot of things in public service.  This is one of the proudest things that happened while I was leader of the New York State Senate.  Right here.  This is what I'm proudest of in almost everything we ever did," Bruno replied.
