Accumulating snow ends between midnight and 2-3am as the Snow Storm Winds Down

Some additional bursts of moderate snowfall are likely through midnight with additional snow accumulations of 1"-3" through 2am.  Snowfall rates will rapidly diminish through early Thursday morning as the snowfall becomes light and intermittent with only a bit of patchy light snow or snow grains persisting beyond daybreak on Thanksgiving.

RPI kicks off Science Camp

TROY -- Middle schoolers are ditching video games in favor of a heavy dose of science and math this summer.

Students from all over the Capital Region were at RPI in Troy this morning for the ExxonMobil Bernard Harris Summer Science Camp. Some big names were on hand to help kick off the two-week program, including former astronaut Bernard Harris, a veteran of two space shuttle missions and the first African-American to ever spacewalk.

This year, students will have the chance to work alongside Harris, engineers and RPI faculty to create and test their very own Mars Lander-inspired devices.
